Libby Sentenced!

Former chief of staff to VP Cheney, "Scooter" Libby, will be expected to serve 30 months in jail and will be fined $250,000 (€184,856.03) for his role in the Valerie Plame fiasco. It is reported that President Bush has no intention of intervening with a pardon, though there is some speculation that he will do it as he is leaving office á la former President Clinton.
