Apparently Senator Henry Douglas from TN has nostalgic views on what rape was back when he was growing up:
"Rape, ladies and gentlemen, is not today what rape was. Rape, when I was learning these things, was the violation of a chaste woman, against her will, by some party not her spouse. Today it’s simply, 'Let’s don’t go forward with this act.'"
Send this genius a letter or email if you are offended (if you are not offended, please refrain from reproducing in the future; the world has enough fools):
